Wow looks great! Can't believe you already purchased some rims. Did the car come with 18"s or optional 19"s?

Tom,

I ordered the 18's for winters. I just always wanted some LM's, Tire-rack had them here before the car...lol !! I was a little excited I guess [driving2]

I love topless !! & it was difficult deciding, the rain in Oregon can kill a vert fan though. I did absolutely love the 330Cic..I just got bit by the M-bug I guess. Honestly I just love all the current generation 3 series.

Thanks for the kind comments, I am excited !!

I need a slight drop, the 19's did give me a bit of the 4X4 look..lol, all in time I

guess.

The unusual things I have noticed so far:

-The ride is quite comfortable, far more-so than I expected (even with the 19's), I find myself driving it everywhere.

-Gearbox is smooth ? I had heard several rumors that the M3's are notchy, this one is not notchy at all & I wouldnt change anything about the shifter ... Hmmm ??

Thanks to others for sharing info [wave]

Wow, you're lucky! [;)]

I've had my M3 for about 4 months. The gearbox is a lot smoother than it was when I took delivery of it, but it's still got some room for improvement. I'm comparing it with my old E36 M3's ZF gearbox.

Way too crazy !!

I had ordered a UUC Evo3 for my 330, then it didnt come on time so I cancelled, but yes, this one on the M3 is a keeper ? I am happy yours has smoothed out. My 330 was a bit loose feeling and not bad, but not as confident feeling as the M3's. I was expecting a pretty heavy clutch pedal also, but it seems very close to the 330 clutch pedal...both pretty good compared to the old Muscle car days, imo.

Nice to hear the feedback ! BTW that Oxford Green is soooo cool !! a classic-racy color.
