flash, I just realized this...where are the Bi-Xenons????????????????????
I passed on a few things actually, I didnt get the HK sound either, but I am puting the saved $$ into a Phatbox that works with the BMW stereo & some other system sound goodies. I do love Xenons though. IMO The absolute 1st recommendation is the Premium Package, the moonroof is very quiet and smooth, I did splurge for the heated seats though.

This is why I think its nice to "order" a car, we all would prioritize differently. I am not certain if Xenons are retrofitable ? Hmm. I am in the process of getting Bilstein PSS9's, just for a very minor drop. It all add up to so much freakin' money, we car fans are crazy !!! [80?]

I believe it's illegal to retrofit Xenon lights to a non-Xenon car as of August 2003. I'm not sure if that applies to a car designed to accommodate Xenons (like the M3), though.

Yup, to each his/her own. I am biased in terms of Xenons, though because I do a lot of night time driving and therefore I really appreciate the lighting improvement of Xenon headlights. Plus I think the Bi-Xenons on an E46 makes the car look SO much more purposeful, or basically projector Xenons on any car. They act like the eyes of the car...gives it more character.

daihard, you're right, it is illegal to retro-fit Xenon headlights on a non-Xenon car, but hey...who's gonna know? =)

I know... I just wanted to give a fair warning to those who may not have been aware of that stupid regulation. ;)
