Civics (or Hondas in general) need more than stolen Z3 gills to be cool....they need PLENTY more than just gills.

To make a civic look 'cool' you need:

1.) A fast moving 18 wheeler truck
2.) A parked civic.

Put two and two together and you get a restyled civic, hee presto!
